This beautiful waterfront home has 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms (~1,500 square feet), with a sunroom, and a fireplace. It can comfortably sleep 10 adults. The large living room consists of a dining area and a family entertainment quarter. Spacious master bedroom connects to the sunroom. The 2nd bedrooms, and kitchen are overlooking the water. Walking to the backyard, a huge deck (~300 square feet) leads you to a private, covered dock. Fishing is excellent right off the dock!
To make your vacation at Clearlake even more enjoyable, our beautiful 17 feet open bow is also available for rent. The boat is great for fishing and water-skiing. It has beautiful tan-colored interior, drives super smooth, and can seat up to 10 passengers. Best of all, our boat rental rate is one of the lowest on the whole Clear Lake!

Clear Lake is the largest natural freshwater lake in California, with 64 square miles of surface area, and measuring 19 miles long and 8 miles across at its widest. There are over 100 miles of shoreline. Average depth is 28 feet. Water temperature averages 61° and varies from 40° in the winter to 75° in the summer.
The lake holds more fish per acre than any other lake in the country. Downed trees, tules, water grasses, and piers provide shelter for sport fish such as bass, crappie, bluegill, and catfish. Clear Lake provides the best bass fishing in the West. Over 20 bass tournaments are conducted every year, with frequent additional regional club events.
