You're viewing our 3 bedroom ski in/out town home in the small private development of Arrowhead Point. It is the quiet end unit nestled up against the treed hillside and the ski run "Home Run", so you have lots of privacy and a very nice setting. This is our summer vacation home, so we've furnished and decorated it for our own use as well as our guests. This means you'll find extra amenities, such as nice decorations, a very fully furnished kitchen, nice patio furniture on our patio, a large, private hot tub that was installed new on July 8th, 2009 and gas BBQ on our patio, a large 8 pair boot dryer, 4 flat-panel TV/VCR's, 4 DVD players, a 5 disc changer stereo, four I-pod docking stations, plus a nice assortment of both DVD and VHS movies for your entertainment (over 150 movies). The master bedroom is upstairs and includes a queen sized bed, a private bath with a jetted tub, heated slate floors, and a mountain view, private balcony deck. Downstairs one guest room has 2 twin beds that we can convert to a king bed for you upon request, and the second guest room has a queen bed with an extra-long twin over bunk. The downstairs bath is adjacent to both bedrooms and includes a double shower and heated slate floors. Our home has undergone a major remodel, where we added heated slate flooring to the entry, hall, living, dining, kitchen and both baths; a new, large, dual-headed slate shower in the main bath and slate surround in the master bath; granite countertops in the kitchen and both baths; all new stainless appliances; a new (November 2008), full size washer and dryer; and a new built-in entertainment center in the master bedroom; although most of our home is heated slate floors, we've just installed new carpet in September, 2009 in the carpeted bedrooms; and it's been completely repainted, so it's in pristine condition. We provide a free, reserved, secure parking space. Also, the free Village Shuttle picks up about 200 feet from our curb.

We are located in the small complex of Arrowhead Point (22 units), and we are an end unit, with no one above or below us. Since we are the end unit, we abut the treed hillside and the ski run "Home Run".

Rental notes: 25% Down Payment to confirm reservation, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. We accept wire transfers, U.S. and Canadian personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

Inside you will find an "arctic" entrance with an entry area that is closed off to the main living area, so that you don't let in cold air in the winter. We have a coat rack, ski storage, and a 10 boot heater in the entry. The interior has three bedrooms, two full baths, and a very fully furnished kitchen. We also have a full size, new (11/08) washer and dryer.

Outside Area:We have an end unit, against the treed hillside and the ski run "Home Run", so it is very private and quiet. Outside we have some very nice patio furniture, a new (7/09) private hot tub and a gas barbeque.
