The apartments are the perfect solution for spending some time in relax in tight contact with nature, without renouncing to a true house comfort: here you can find five modern small houses, built in a typical mountain style and surrounded by a lawn. The one-, two- and three-room apartments (even for disabled people) are furnished with pine wood. They are completed with kitchen (where you can find all you need to cook, even dishwasher in three-room apartments), microwaves oven and a spacious bathroom, then strongbox, satellitar tv (hot bird and astra), dvd player. At your disposition even these services: - Games room with table-tennis, table football, billiards, children toys and table games - Portico with tables, playground, children´s swimming pool, solarium, barbecue, pic-nic tables - Free mountain-bike and snowshoe, heated skiboxes - Internet point and wi-fi, fax service - Bar, market with fresh bread - Laundry with washer and dryer, ironing board, drying rack. Chalet Presanella is located at an elevation of 1.150 mt. within the Adamello Regional Park and opposite to the Stelvio National Park. It is an ideal starting point for high altitude excursions, walking, trekking, and winter and summer skiing. The resort is also in a desirable location for those cyclists and bikers who want to try the highest passes of the Giro d’Italia – Tonale, Gavia, Mortirolo and Vivione; there are various mountain bike trails too. We are only 700 mt. from the starting point of the new chairlift of the Tonale-Pontedilegno-Temù ski resort, and warm skiboxes are at your disposition.

Apartments are only 1500 mt. from the characteristic village of Temù and 4 km from Ponte di Legno. This village has a pretty historical centre with stores and trendy places. You can get to Ponte di Legno also walking along the woods. In the neighbourhood you can find some pizzerias and typical restaurants but also a playground, a tennis court, a football court, a skate court and a mountain bike trail. We are only 700 mt. from the starting point of the new chairlift of the Tonale-Pontedilegno-Temù ski resort.

Outside Area:Presanella lies in the beautiful wooded Avio Valley and it is an ideal location for nature lovers. In fact it is a quiet oasis, surrounded on three sides by a gorgeous forest, different and special in any season: in summer you are totally immerse in a green surrounding, also due to the fact that the pitches have been placed on a well-maintained lawn; in autumn you will be astonished by the amazing colours of the trees – red, yellow and orange; in winter the camp site is covered in a pure white blanket of snow.
