For your comfort the villa is air conditioned and has remote controlled fans in every room, even outside! All linen & towels are provided. Rental notes: You pay for the entire villa and not for the number of people staying in it! Stay for as long as you like, when you like and we do not state the minimum (or maximum) number of days that you must stay. Prices shown are per week and inclusive of local taxes, however we also offer discount rates for longer stays and for last minute bookings (subject to availability) that may differ from the standard published rates. Additional Options available are: Pool heating at $150.00 per week (recommended between October and April). Crib (Cot), High Chair, Rollaway bed, and additional Maid Service (pre-arrival clean is included in our rates) are available direct from our local management company.
