Vanderbilt Breeze is deceptively modest looking home that is absolutely perfect for your vacation. This beautifully furnished house was completely remodeled in March of 2008. Five large skylights and high ceilings to let inside lots of sunlight. There are 2 bedroom suites and a large third bedroom.. Enjoy the enclosed and heated in ground free-form pool or take a stroll along the canals to the white sands of the Vanderbilt Beach. Bring the whole family. The pack and play, high chair, BBQ and bicycles in the garage are included for you to use. There is a fully equipped kitchen. All towels, beach towels and linens are provided.

My house is located on 101st avenue N and 5th Street - in one of the most desirable locations in Naples that provides a residential setting, and at the same time is close to shopping, golf courses, beaches and restaurants. We are a mile from several malls with shops and restaurants on Immokalee Rd and Rt. 41 (Tamiami trail). I like the Coastland Mall on 2076 9th St N. All the designer shops and fabulous restaurants are in downtown Naples, which is a bit further down rt. 41 on 5th avenue (about 10-15 minutes by car)

Rental notes: $500 US dollars security deposit is required to hold the booking. The deposit is refunded within 30 days after the departure. 10% Florida tax will be added to the rent. Exit cleaning fee is $125 US. Rental basis to be paid in US Dollars

The Master Suite features a hand-carved luxurious king bed, new carpeting, TV set, DVD player, large closet The Second bedroom Suite has a luxurious queen bed, large closet, TV set and ample drawer space can accommodate long visits. The Third bedroom has two twin beds, TV set, large closet.
