Villa Don Rafael, is a luxury villa with excellent sea views, private pool, terrace and barbecue. It's located in the best area of Puerto del Carmen (quiet and safe) ,but close to the commercial area,and from a beautiful sand beach .We have the new golf course at only 600 meters.
The villa is equipped with a master bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom en suite, it has two further bedrooms with two single beds each and one independent bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher...) is integrated into a spacious and luminous lounge.
You have your own safe in your villa.
