The apartment is situated on a quiet complex right in the heart of Puerto Del Carmen. This means that it is close to ALL amenities. As it is right on the front close to the sea, this means that there are no major hills to climb when coming to & from the apartment. The main beach is directly across the road from the apartment complex, and there is a small beach just 10 minutes away which has most watersport facilities available. If you like walking, the main promenade in Puerto Del Carmen is actually linked through to Playa Honda which is the next village, close to the airport.
