Casa Betti di Frontignano has been completely restored with modern amenities for your vacation enjoyment, but retains its Italian country house charm. The lower level is the featured vacation unit. Each level has its own entry way and is very private for your vacation enjoyment. Features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living room and a fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. Scenic and picturesque the patio is ideal for enjoying an al fresco dinner, a glass of Grechetto or Sagrantino, or just relaxing while on holiday. You are also centrally located to many popular Umbria vacation destinations, activities and sights, such as Orvieto, Assisi, Spoleto and Perugia. It is easily accessible to small quaint villages like San Terenziano, Grutti, Pian de Porto, Ponte Rio and many others that are within 4km from the house. The U.S. Federal Reserve daily currency exchange rates are used to determine the amount of the U.S. dollar. Reservation: Upon your reservation request, a 40% deposit is required to reserve the rental unit. Upon receipt of your deposit, a rental agreement will be sent to you. Cancellation Policy: If you cannot make your reservation date, we will attempt to re-rent the unit. If re-rented, your payment will be refunded less a 200 Euro cancellation fee. If we are unable to re-rent the unit, the rental amount is forfeited. Security Deposit: Required.
