This Florida Villa is ideally located in a Peaceful Gated Community. It's a great Disney Vacation Home near all the Orlando Attractions and Shopping Malls and just 10 minutes from the Disney World Theme Parks and many championship Golf Courses in Orlando. For Golf lovers, what better on your Orlando Florida Vacation than the numerous championship golf courses locally. These include the exceptional Champions Gate course designed by Greg Norman, the award-winning Southern Dunes course plus Highlands Reserve & Ridgewood Lakes courses which are all located within a few minutes drive. These courses offer 72 holes of golf and are regarded as some of the best in the country.

Rental notes: Maximum Occupancy: 8 Persons (including adults, children and infants) The rates include all US taxes (the 7% Florida State Tax plus the 6% Tourist Tax) if booked for 8 nights or more. If less than 8 nights please add 13%. A security deposit of $300 is required for all rentals, but this will be refunded to you after your vacation is complete subject to a satisfactory property inspection. All rentals will be subject to a one time departure cleaning fee of $95.
