Rental notes: The prices are per day and are fully inclusive. Pool heat is optional and is charged at £12/$21 per day if requested at the time of booking. For bookings of 5 days or less there is a cleaning surcharge of £38/$57. For bookings of 22 days or more we offer a discount. For your convenience we offer a variety of payment methods. A security deposit of £162/$300 is due along with the final balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

Outside Area:The 13 by 26 foot pool is surrounded by a large extended patio which includes a covered Lanai should you prefer to sit in the shade. If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional daily charge (recommended from October to March). The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, a table, and beach beds which allows you to just lie back, relax and soak up the Florida sunshine. The pool is not overlooked on either side allowing you complete privacy. The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in. Imagine yourselves sitting at the end of a fun packed day at the theme parks, relaxing and sipping a glass of wine on the pool deck whilst looking at this beautiful view of the lake. Egrets can be seen landing throughout the day and displaying their feathers. The tranquillity, peace and quiet provide a welcome contrast to the noise and bustle of the day.
