Ta' Bronos is a 6 bedroomed semi-detached farmhouse in the small village of Kercem and its entrance is through an alley. It is set on about 600 squared metres of land abounding in features typical of old village houses. The unusual layout comprises a large arched dining, kitchen / breakfast room, lounge with cable TV, free internet and telephone. All six bedrooms are with ensuite shower/bathroom. These bedrooms are spread on two floors with some of them overlooking the central courtyard. Really striking holiday home with a large swimming pool(35 feet long by 17 feet wide approx. excluding jacuzzi), jacuzzi (diameter 8 feet approx.), barbeque and ample deck area. Kercem is a small village on the Western side of Gozo. It is five minutes by car from the capital city Victoria and near the sandy beach of Xlendi. Like most villages in Gozo the church which was built in the middle of the 19 th century is found in the centre of the village. Most of the inhabitants which in all total to about 1200 are employed for the government, in the services and manufacturing industry. Although few families earn their living from farming the big majority toil the land as a part time job. A suburb which is further to the south of Kercem is Santa Lucija. This community is basically rural and the number of inhabitants is about 500. This place took its name from the Saint to whom the small church in the little square is dedicated.

Rental notes: Rates are for 2 persons per week. Extra persons should pay 12 euros each per night. Children low rate.

Living room overlooking the pool with seating for 16 persons.Next to it on the left hand side is a fully equipped kitchen and on the right hand side of the living room there is a sitting room with leather sofa, T.V. with cable, D.V.D and wireless internet. All 6 bedrooms are with ensuite shower or bathroom.

Outside Area:A large swimming pool(35 feet long by 17 feet wide appox. excluding jacuzzi) and jacuzzi(diameter 8 feet approx). Large deck area and barbeque area. Sun decks for sunbathing are available near the pool and also garden furniture to have dinner or breakfast near the pool. Umbrellas also available.
