3 rooms apartment in a private condominium, with swimming pool, children's playground and private parking. Great for holidays or for a relaxing short escapade. Beautiful landscape. Great views of the sea, countryside, sunset…. Tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Very peaceful, perfect for couples or families with children. There’s a kid’s playground and a swimming pool (and a smaller one for children). Moreover there's an health club just across the road. The appartment is located approximately 3Km from several beaches (Sesimbra, Aldeia do Meco, Lagoa de Albufeira) in the small village of Zambujal.

Sesimbra has clearly the traditional ambiance of a sea people village. A walk through the narrow and steep traditional Sesimbra streets allow us to observe all that charm by the many ocean motifs that decorate houses, also the fishing net presence and other fishing arts, among many other details. In Sesimbra’s downtown one can have pleasant walks in the seaside road and walk, along with the ocean inviting for lovely swims in the calm crystalline waters or only for pure contemplation. The large restaurant variety quite close to the beach also allows us to taste the best the Sesimbra’s Gastronomy has to offer. The freshest sea and shell food recipes are available all the time. Nearby is located the astonishing Cape Espichel, offering amazing landscapes, showing off the breathtaking power of nature. The Meco Beach is considered to be the “Mecca” of the Portuguese naturism, and the most well known internationally. It is protected by an argil cliff, with water springs, a perfect place for green argil treatments. The beach is quite frequented by families, it is calm and the ocean waters, although dangerous due to the strong tides, due to the Espichel Cape proximity, are quite clean and natural. Once at the beach, facing the ocean, on the left side is visible a high dune from where onwards start the naturist area, opposing to the right side, where the beach amenities are situated, frequented by families.

Rental notes: For reservation we ask for a 50% deposit and that you send us a confirmation of it. At your arrival we'll give you the keys for the apartment and you should pay the other 50% as well as 350€ as guarantee. This guarantee will be returned to you at the end of your stay, all things going normal. Finally, you may enter from 16PM and should leave untill 11AM.

Living room- 2 super confortable sofas (1 chaise longue and the other sofa-bed) , terrestrial TV, DVD with good colection of DVD Films, Hi FI. Dining table and chairs for 6; Kitchen: kitchen table and chairs for 6, full oven and hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, large fridge freezer and a good supply of kitchen utensils, crockery and glasses; Master Bedroom: Double bed and a cot (on request) fitted wardrobes, Bedroom 2: Good size twin beds that put together make a huge double bed and fitted wardrobes. This is much more than a normal holiday apartment and is furnished as a second home with all of your home comforts.

Outside Area:The Swimming pool also has a kids pool, and there are showers and toilets next to it. The childrens play area has a slide, swing, and a roundabout. There is an allocated car parking space in the under building car park, and there is also street parking or a car park next door. There is a very popular/modern gymnasium across the road, this is extremely well equipped and even has a heated inside swimming pool.
