Rental notes: Our rate is all inclusive, daily maid service, laundry and utilities. We ask a $500 FULLY REFUNDABLE security deposit and payment by bank transfer, 50% upon booking with balance two weeks prior to arrival.

Outside Area:The landscaping is lush and tropical, the hard-scape materials all natural and rich; slate, flagstone, wood, iron. Flowers of cool colors bloom in lovely angles and pots. The large, well kept lawn invites play and perhaps a picnic. The raised pool offers magnificent views of the river and island. The lilies in the pond give the exotic touch and the beautiful wide canal of the Saigon River is visible from every angle.
