The villa is 1800 sq ft single story. Ideal for small and large families or more than one family and for those with disabilities. This impressive 5 bedroom villa with 2 master suites both with ensuite bathrooms and an additional family bathroom. The master bedrooms have queen size beds. Bedroom # 3 has a full size bed. Bedrooms #4 and # 5 (Mickey's Room)each hold two twin beds. Most rooms have TVs. All linens and towels are provided. The Living room has a double sleeper sofa, TV, DVD, VCR and AM/FM CD player. The full service kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, Crock pot, Iced Tea Maker, along with dishes,drinkware, and utensils. There is seating for 12. The game room is equipped with a pool table and foosball table along with a variety of games for young and old. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. An iron and ironing board are also available for guest use. The covered lanai overlooks the pool and small pond. You can sit comfortably underneath it at either the table or on one of the three lounge chairs. The 30-ft heated pool is South facing so you get the most sun and with the pond in the rear of this property there are no direct rear neighbors. The entire pool area is screened in to keep the bugs out. All doors leading to the pool area are alarmed and there is a child safety fence in place. WiFi high speed internet access free for guest use.

Views:The home was built in a small community of just 95 homes. All the homes are painted in pastel colors

Rental notes: Deposit plus booking form must be received within 7 days of booking. Final payment and security deposit must be recieved 45 days prior to arrival. Booking less than 45 days and from outside USA must be paid by Pay Pal (verified)or Western Union. Refundable security deposit of $250 is required. Security deposit is returned 14 days after departure and satisfactory inspection by our management company. Cancellations must be in writting and sent by certified mail. Cancellations more than 45 days receive full refund minus deposit. Cancellations between 44 and 30 days receive 50% refund. Cancellations less than 30 days receive no refund. Optional pool heating is $25 per night book. Recommended Oct to April. Florida hotel taxes applied to all bookings.
