This detached house, which you will have exclusive use of, has two double bedrooms with en suite facilities. The indoor patio area by the pool is the focal point of the villa and offers complete privacy. The grounds that surround the villa are filled with an array of lush tropical plants and trees: frangipani, jasmine, bouganvillea, banana, guava, flamboyant, nutmeg and lime trees. The villa is conveniently located ten minutes drive to the south-east of Point Salines International Airport and from the centre of St. George's, the capital city. The property is perfectly positioned for access to St George's University. Hire car is recommended, but not essential. We can organise this for you with a leading car hire company on the island - please inquire when making your booking. Rental notes: When you have decided upon your vacation dates, please contact me immediately to ascertain if these dates are available. To make a definite booking you will need to send 25% of the rent, which is required as a deposit. The balance is due 8 weeks before the date of your holiday. Cancellation In the event of cancellation by yourselves, monies can only be returned (less your deposit) if we are able to relet the dates. We shall make every effort to do so. The interior of the house has been decorated in the European style with lots of added personal details so as to ensure that the guests don't feel like they are staying in someone else's home. The house is all on one level which would make it suitable for anyone who uses a wheel chair. There are two bedrooms both with en-suite facilities. Each bedroom is equipped with mosquito nets, ceiling fans or A/C units. The house has been built in such a way to receive all the cool breezes coming off the shore but as the living areas are fully screened, you can enjoy the breeze without the added bother of the tropical insects flying around.
