A quality villa situated in the sought after ' Casalot' residential area 3kms from Playa Cristal (Cristal Beach), claimed to be the finest sandy beach on the Costa Dorada.

Situated in the Casalot Urb, Miami Playa there are 2 local bars a very short walk away and beach, shops, bars and restaurants are all within 3km, a 5 minute drive We specialise in arranging Catfish and Carp fishing trips on the nearby River Ebro. Within a few minutes drive of the golf course, beach and sports facilities including tennis.

Rental notes: Balance paid 6 weeks prior to holiday. £150 damage deposit will be required upon payment of the balance outstanding 6 weeks prior the commencement of your holiday. Once the Villa has been checked over, providing there is no damage, your damage deposit will be returned to you within 7 days.

The villa is nicely furnished with air conditioning. It has 3 Bedrooms: double bed, bunk beds and a single bed, and with single bed with pull out bed, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. 2 Bathrooms: the main bathroom with bath/shower over, Wc, hand basin and bidet, downstairs bathroom with shower, WC and hand basin. Kitchen is fully equipped with cooker, hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and microwave. The living room has a large sofa, Part TV (satellite) and DVD. There is also a dining table, chairs and access to the outside patio.

Outside Area:The villa has a private garden with a large patio area for dining, a barbecue and garden furniture. There is a private gate from each garden to access the communal swimming pool. There is a private space for off road packing. There is a large terrace area from the landing, ideal for a bit of sunbathing.
