It is situated approximately 15 minutes from Disney, about 1 hour from the Gulf coast and Busch Gardens and also from the Atlantic coast and Kennedy Space Centre, and 10 minutes from Cypress Gardens which will re-open in October 2011 as Legoland There is a supermarket, a 24-hour hypermarket, restaurants, takeaways and a Blockbuster rental outlet all located at the main entrance and all within easy walking distance of the Villa. Local activities include bass fishing, jet skiing, baseball, ice hockey, American football, numerous night clubs, helicopter rides, carting, canoeing, scuba diving, and much more.

Rental notes: Bookings for less than 1 week will incur an extra cleaning charge of 90 USd. Daily rate is 1/6th of weekly rate. 10% discount on any 3 or more consecutive weeks. Snowbirds welcome.

There is a games room and a PC with high-speed internet access. The fully fitted kitchen comprises range cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, waste disposal unit, iron and ironing board. The washer and tumble dryer are sited in the garage. The lounge is comfortably furnished and has digital cable TV with 300+ channels, surround sound DVD/CD player, and telephone with free calls within the US + Canada.

Outside Area:The south-facing screened pool has optional heating for the winter months. The pool deck has a covered, furnished, seating area, and is equipped with sun loungers.
