For smaller families, part of the house can be rented alone, with Total Privacy from the other part of the house, keeping all your own individual amenities. This is a very popular four-season family resort area that offers a wide variety of outdoor recreation. Just a few of activities you can expect to find here include camping, fishing, boating, swimming, kayaking, white-water rafting, mountain biking, golf, picnicking and rockhounding. It’s also a premier winter ski resort area that offers a wide variety of terrain for skiers. You can enjoy downhill skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice-skating, ice fishing and sleigh rides. The Sunday River area is home to a variety of restaurants and shopping choices, many of them found on site at the ski resorts, and others found in nearby Bethel. You can choose elegant dining or casual, and there are many arts and crafts shops in the region, which feature items unique to Maine.

Rental notes: The prices are given for rent of the whole house for 17-20 guests, rental prices of separate units are available on owner's website. Xmas-NY week: 2,000 per night or $ 12,900 for a full week. Note: summer full weeks only. Min 7 nights. Add 250 cleaning fee if you're taking the full house (cleaning fee is $ 175 if you're taking either lower or upper unit only) Rates above for non holiday weeks. The 5,000 sq ft Maine Unit with its 4 bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, lofts, 3 bathrooms, theatre.
