Outside Area:The house sits literally ON THE SAND at the exclusive Miramar Beach in Montecito. The golden Pacific Ocean is your front yard! The property offers 2 decks over looking the whole beach. Each deck features great outdoor seating and lounging. They are quintessentially furnished with nice teak wood. The top deck offers outdoor dining which has a configurable a table to fit a dining party of 2, 4, 6, 8 or even 10 guests! On each side the table you have a drop leaf edge that easily opens up for seating (lift only one side or both depending on your party) and also swings down easy for optimal space saving. Both the main and Master decks are the perfect spot to start your day with coffee or tea as you watch the sunrise. Equally a perfect spot do have dinner, a glass of wine or cocktails, as front row seats to the spectacular show of Mother Nature's gorgeous sunset. The back door steps directly down to the beach as well as a private access off the master bedroom.
