Bohinj Chalet is located in the hamlet of Ukanc (pronounced 'oo-cansk') nestled at the western edge of Lake Bohinj (Bohinjsko Jezero). Ukanc is easily accessible by road from Ribcez Laz at the eastern side of the lake and is either a five minute drive or a thirty minute walk. Ukanc is about thirty minutes drive from Bled. Bohinj Chalet is set in the heart of the Slovenian Julian Alps in Triglav National Park. Nestled on the shores of magnificant Lake Bohinj the cottage is only an hour drive from Ljubuljana international airport. It offers an authentic alpine holiday surrounded by spectacular scenery in the tranquility of a national park. Although in the secluded and peaceful surroundings of the Triglav National Park, Bohinj Ski Chalet is easily accessible. Local shops, bars and restaurants are close by. Ljubljana International airport is only 60 km away.
