Santa Eulalia holiday rental apartment - Great home in Ibiza, Balearic Islands

Newly-renovated family-sized apartment, with four full-sized bedrooms, and a small fifth "childrens" bedroom with bunk-beds. It is fully furnished and is right by the swimming pool - ideal for families with kids who will want to be in the pool all day! It will easily sleep 10 people (assuming two people per bedroom).

Santa Eulalia, the nearest town, has a beautiful beach, promenade with many cafes and restaurants. There is also the well-known "restaurant street" featuring food for every taste and budget. Nearby you can go waterskiing, hire jetskis and boats etc. There are a couple of big waterparks. And not far away (nothing is far way on Ibiza) you have San Antonio's nightlife and the famous superclubs in various places on the island.

Rental notes: If you want a booking for 10 days or something the price will be pro rata. The balance should be paid two months before your arrival date. Depending on who is booking, we may also ask for a returnable deposit of £400 against damages.

The living room is big, with 2 big sofas and built-in soft seating, then there are 2 dining tables with seating for 12 people or more. The four big bedrooms all have plenty of storage space for clothes. The 5th bedroom has bunk beds and is pretty small, although the bunk beds are standard single bed sizes. This room is best suited for children. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.

Outside Area:Because the apartment opens right onto the pool terrace, it is excellent for letting the kids play in the pool without having to go out of sight of mum and dad. The pool is only shared by 5 apartments, not all of which are even occupied all summer, so frequently you will have the pool to yourself. There is a large barbecue on the terrace. Sunloungers are provided.
