In over 1 acre of land Ardblair is on one of the most elevated and largest plots in Quinta do Lago, it has sea views, is extremely private and not overlooked. All 700 square metres of the property are above ground with no basement bedrooms. The entrance doors open onto a spectacular two and a half storey reception with floor to ceiling windows leading to large planted terraces and a fantastic 12 x 6m infinity pool and entertainment area protected by child safety gate. Ardblair, a family home, provides two superbly appointed guest suites, three further double bedrooms all with on-suite bathrooms and a smaller twin room with bathroom adjacent. The large kitchen has its own dining area, and also opens onto a well proportioned dining terrace and separately to a small pretty courtyard. The dining room itself is magnificently finished incorporating an oval marble table that will seat 10 comfortably. The fabulous Quinta Shopping with its luxury boutiques, restaurants and bars can be found at just a short drive from the villa and the wonderful blue flag sandy beach is just a short drive away. Faro airport is just 20 minutes drive from the villa. Quinta do Lago is said by many to be the leading resort in Europe.

With a total constructed area of over 700 sq. mtrs all the accommodation has very generous proportions. It offers a lounge of 80 mtrs, and two very large master suites.Our brochure provides the overall dimensions of each room.Please e mail for a copy. All 700 sq.mtrs. is constructed above ground level on an elevated and sloping site. There are NO basement bedrooms. The villa is an extremely well equipped family home offering every comfort to its guests. A generous welcome pack is provided on arrival. Other extras for young guests can also be provided such as cot, high chair, inflatables, car seat for toddlers and more. The Villa is also kind to those with mobility problems. An access ramp at the front helps wheelchair access. An elevator accessed from the entrance hall serves both levels of the villa. All bedrooms and terraces with the exception of the Maroon room and the Small bedroom and pool level terrace are easily accessed. The 2nd Master guest suite is user friendly to wheelchairs & the infirm. The twin bedroom, often the children's room, has a flat screen TV. The Snug offers a 42" TV providing ALL SKY SPORTS channels

Outside Area:This intriguing garden comprises various sized inter-joining terraces with magnificent collection of antique olive oil jars and planting leading down to a 12m x 6m infinity pool, protected by childproof gates, which overlooks a rocky water cascade to two ponds, crossed by a wooden bridge. Access to the garden pond areas can be isolated for safety with young children. A magnificent cabana alongside the pool has a solid granite table seating 14 people, and separate covered seating/lounging areas. A large open lava gas bbq with granite surrounds is adjacent to the cabana together with a weber kettle BBQ. Concealed fridges are available next to the bbq for food storage and drinks whilst poolside. All terraces are equipped with garden furniture, and there are plenty of sun beds available The lower garden contains steps and paths throughout for explorers. The main pond has a number of Koi carp and smaller fish, and there is a regular croaking of our resident frogs
