Lake Placid is just a 25 kms ride, where you can find many shops, restaurants, and activities. Rivers, lakes, and streams can be found in every direction to enjoy boating, fishing, canoeing, or swimming

Back at the house there is plenty of room to relax without a neighbor in sight. The home features a great room on the main floor with twenty six foot high ceilings and a full glass front to let in the view. A center fireplace with a large stone chimney is the only divide between the great room, dining room, kitchen, and foyer to provide a spacious gathering area with plenty of seating. The kitchen has green Shaker style cabinets with granite counter tops and stainless appliances and is stocked with all the cookware and settings you need. Also located on the main floor is the master bedroom suite with a walk in closet. The master bath has a whirlpool tub and a walk in 8' x 4' shower with dual shower heads. There is also a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with four single beds bunked. The second floor also has two full baths and a large loft area with a full size bed. On the lower level there is a fifth bedroom with a queen bed, another full bath, a laundry room, and a very large rec room.
Outside Area:The house sits up on the hill, total privacy, quiet area, perfect place to enjoy outdoor grill.
