Every room and lanai boast expansive views of the ocean and resort landscape. (Please note: As of 4/5/08 the Kaluakoi Golf Course has been closed.) The modern, full kitchen is equipped with Cuisinart cookware and quality dish and barware. Furnished with 300+ threadcount linens, towels, beach chairs and mats... your comfort is our top priority. Relax in island-style furnishings that capture the essence of the natural beauty of Molokai. Full size appliances include new refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Take the 5 minute walk to Papohaku Beach, Hawaii's longest beach, where your footsteps will be the only mark in the sand. Lounge by the oceanside pool with views of Diamond Head and breaching whales. All this, just steps from the condo.

Views:Condo faces the ocean (about 1/2 km away) and you can view sunset from the lanai during the fall.

Molokai, the smallest and least developed of Hawaii's 5 populated islands is like taking a step back in time. There are no stoplights on the island and there are no buildings taller than a coconut tree. Beaches are empty and beautiful. Home to Father Damian's famed Leper Colony... you can tour the colony after a mule ride that descends down 2.5 km with spectacular coastal views... or hike in and out as there are no roads. Visit an authentic papaya farm, coffee farm and macadamia nut farm. Hike through a rain forest to the Moaula Falls and swim in the pool at its base, while learning about ancient Hawaiian rituals and idolatry. Our condo is situated on the ground floor level at the corner of a 2 story polynesian style building. There are 8 condos in the building. The corner location affords nice cross breezes to keep things cool. A newly furnished living room adjoins a dining area for 4 and is adjacent to the kitchen featuring full sized appliances including microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and water filter. Bathroom has a dressing area with a sink and linen closet leading into a separate room with bathtub/shower and toilet. Bedroom is a separate room with closet and drawers along with laundry machines. All rooms have ceiling fans. All linens, towels, cookware, dishware, etc. are provided. Beach chairs and towels along with yoga mat and handweights are also included. Entertainment unit has large screen TV, DVD/VCR player, stereo and many books and games.

Outside Area:Kepuhi Beach Resort is an oceanfront resort comprised of 8 two story Polynesian style buildings and 8 single story buildings. The layout is an oval shape with a large lawn in the center. In this courtyard, there are two gas BBQ grills for guests to use. A short walk from the buildings is an oceanside swimming pool adjacent to a hotel (the hotel has been closed for 9 years.) This pool is open to owners, their guests and renters. The grounds are landscaped with tropical plants, flowers and fruit trees.
