This villa provides easy access to all the theme parks, malls, restaurants and shops on either Interstate 4, Highway 27 or US192, and is just one mile from Championsgate with the Omni Hotel with 5 restaurants, two 18 hole Greg Norman designed golf courses, a David Leadbetter Golfing Academy, and an up-market shopping plaza with a Publix supermarket, shops, and several restaurants including American, French, Italian, and Mexican cuisine.

There are many superb golf courses within 10 miles including Championsgate with two Greg Norman designed courses, Reunion with three courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer, and Jack Nicholas, Highland Reserve, Providence, Southern Dunes, Orange Lake, Diamond Back, and Falcon's Fire to name just a few. This is a popular villa in a quiet location yet within easy reach of the main attractions, including Disney, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, and also a wide choice of dining options, shops, and malls. Within easy reach by way of Interstate 4 to the east are Tampa, Busch Gardens, and the white sand beaches of the Gulf Coast, whilst to the west lie Kennedy Space Center, Daytona, Cocoa Beach and the Atlantic Coast.

Our home is fully furnished, and should have everything that you need to make you feel right at home. As you enter the home, you will find the spacious living room ahead. This great room is perfect for any entertaining you may do, or relaxing with the family after a long day at the parks. Complete with a sofa, two loveseats, and chair, there is ample seating for everyone in your party. To the right you will find the formal dining room also with ample seating for the whole family. The kitchen - a chef's (and mother's) dream - will be your next stop. Just off the dining room, you will find the beautifully appointed main master suite. The master suite has its own bathroom with his and hers sink, walk-in shower cubicle, and roman tub. The main master suite also has sliding glass doors for easy access to the patio and pool area. To the left of the main entrance, you will find a further three bedrooms. The furthest is the second master suite, complete with a king size bed. This master suite also has its own bathroom, with dual vanities and a walk-in shower cubicle. Entrance onto the pool area is another of this room's many features. Bedrooms three and four each have a pair of twin beds, tastefully decorated with luxury in mind.

Outside Area:Just beyond the living room, through the sliding glass pocket doors, you will find the pool area, one of the best features of the home! This extended lanai is very spacious, bigger than many other pool decks in comparable homes. The extended lanai provides plenty of space for lounging and soaking up the Florida sunshine on your days in. Four lounge chairs are provided, as well as two recliners with ottomans. A table with four additional chairs provide a place to eat dinner al fresco. The pool itself is rather large, approximately 30' by 15', with a 7' raised spa just off the deep end. This pool is perfectly secluded for anyone who wishes for some extra privacy!
