Having a young daughter ourselves, safety is obviously also of concern and our villa contains many security features such as smoke detectors, fire extinguisher, emergency lighting, safes, security alarm along with the pool and spa area also having the additional security of child door alarms fitted. We are confident that all of these things will make your stay at our EXECUTIVE VILLA one you won’t forget. The community is also ideally located within easy reach of Orlando International and Sanford Airports and only minutes** from Disney World making it the perfect location for visitors from around the World. For those wishing to spend more time relaxing whilst in the Sunshine State, Tuscany's proximity to a number of championship golf courses, an abundance of restaurants and some of the best shopping malls in the state make this the perfect place to explore the best Central Florida has to offer.

Our villa features 1 master suite, 1 double suite and 2 twin bedrooms along with living room, family room, dining area & nook and fully equipped kitchen. Our spacious living areas feature a large 40" flat screen HDTV, Playstation and board games for your enjoyment. The master and double bedrooms each have a flat screen HDTV, DVD player, cable TV and a digital clock radio just to help ensure you don't oversleep for your next glorious day in the Sunshine State ! The twin bedrooms each have flat screen HDTV's and cable TV.

Outside Area:The screened deck area houses a large pool with a relaxing spa to enjoy after an active day at the parks. Around the pool we have provided high quality seating, table and lounges to allow you to relax and enjoy that famous Florida sunshine in style.
