Leogang holiday apartment rental - Salzburg winter and summer family holidays

Super Apartment House located in Leogang - linked with the villages of Saalbach and Hinterglemm and part of the famous Austrian Ski Circus. Our apartments vary in size and we can offer accommodation for up to 40 persons. There is a large Communal Social Room with Sky TV + DVD, Sauna, Hot-tub and Solarium Table-tennis, Table Football , Pooltable, Kids play room with games and Computer Corner. We also offer Free WIFI to all apartments. All apartments have a balcony, most south facing with magnificent views off the surrounding coutryside. For our Summer guests we have a garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The house is directly on the cycle path and we have a garage for secure cycle storage. The Leogang outdoor swimming pool tennis centre and leisure complex is just 100 mtrs away and the famous Leogang Bike Park is 1 km . The Ski area is one of the largest in Austria, over 200km of prepared piste. The Asitz gondola is 1km from the house, and the ski bus stop is less than 5 minutes walk away. In the village is a supermarket to cater for all your needs.

Leogang is located in the Salzburgerland region of Austria. The beautifull city of Salzburg is just 1 hour away , Innsbruck is 1.5 hours and both can be easily reached by car, train or bus. The local area is ideal for both winter sports and summer holidays, with over 400 hundred kms of marked walking and cycle routes . Nearby is the town of Zell am See with many shops and the beautiful lake . Kaprun is also easily reached in 25 minutes and the glacier there offers year round skiing possibilites. In Summer there are many options for daily excursions including the Krimml Waterfalls, Grossglockner, The High Dams in Kaprun, Bertchesgarten , Hohe Tauern National Park plus much much more. Although a car is not essential it is ideal in Summer to see all the local attractions. In winter we can also help arrange car rental or transfers to and from our apartments.

Rental notes: Prices are for 5 persons sharing. Extra persons are charged at € 12 per person per night. Bed linen and towels included in price. In Peak Season (winter) bookings can only be accepted for 7 nights with an arrival on Saturday. In Summer we can be more flexible with arrival any day of the week subject to availability. Deposit payment can be made either by UK cheque or bank transfer to our Austrian account. Balance of payment may be paid either by bank transfer or in cash ( Euros ) upon arrival. All bookings are subject to our cancellation policy. We advise guests to obtain suitable travel insurance to cover against cancellation charges. All persons over 14 years of age are required to pay Government tourist tax at € 1.20 per night. We retain the right to request a credit card to cover the security damage deposit. In Summer our guests receive a FREE Löwen Summer Card offering FREE unlimited entrance to Leogang outdoor swimming pool plus 2 more nearby outdoor swimming pools. FREE daily ride on Cable car in Leogang, Saalbach or Hinterglemm. Free daily guided walking pogramme. Free daily Kids activities programme . ( Daily is Monday to Friday )

The Apartment Sonnrain is a 2 bedroom apartment and can sleep up to 8 persons. It has a large south facing balcony with super views over the surrounding area. Each bedroom has a large double size bed and an extra pull out bed ideally suitable for children and teenagers. Each bedroom has a bathroom with shower,wc and wash basin and both bedrooms have cable TV. There is a large kitchen/living room with double sofa bed.The kitchen is well equipped with full oven, 4 ring ceramic hob,dishwasher, fridge, microwave,toaster,kettle and coffee machine. The livng area has a large flat screen cable TV. There is a safe to store valuables. Baby cot and high chair available on request. Balcony is supplied with small table, chairs and sun parasol . The apartment house is non-smoking.

Outside Area:The Apartment house has a garden with outdoor furniture and BBQ. The garage is available for guests to store bicycles. Free parking in our car park. The tennis courts are part of the Leogang Community Swimming Pool and Leisure Complex which is located 100 mtrs from our apartments. In Summer our guests receive FREE entry to the leisure centre swimming pools and tennis courts can be reserved for a small fee. The Summer Löwen Card is Free to all our guests in Summer. Free unlimited entrance to Leogang swimming pool and also nearby pool in Saalfelden and Lake Ritzensee. Free daily ride on Cable car in Leogang or in nearby Saalbach or Hinterglemm. Free daily guided walking programme in Leogang or Saalfelden. ( Monday to Friday) Free daily Kids acitivity programme - Monday to Friday. Free unlimited use of Biberg Chair lift in Saalfelden ( not including toboggan run ).
