This newly built, fully self contained, first floor apartment is finished and furnished to an exceptional standard. Tinajo is centrally located to the island and all of its attractions. Club La Santa with its world-renowned sports facilities is a short drive away. The apartment has stunning views over the mountains towards the Mirador Del Rio and the coast. This is an ideal location for a couple / couple and child wanting peace and tranquillity in a true Canarian setting. Up to four people can be accommodated with two utilising the double sofa bed in the living room. Children welcome. Please note the apartment has its own private and lockable staircase leading up to it, there is a lockable gate at the top of the staircase. Because of this the apartment is not suitable for wheelchair access - Sorry.

Tinajo is ideally situated for exploring the North and South of the Island with everywhere no more than 30 Minutes drive away! The property is ideally situated for the islands many beaches. The nearest beach is a ten minute drive away. A surfers beach is located less then 15 minutes drive away. The world renowned beach at Papagayo is just 20 minutes away. The professional Golf Club of Lanzarote is situated in Costa Teguise. Arrecife airport is approximately 22km taking just 30 minutes drive. Car hire is recommended and can be arranged at very favourable rates starting from just 120 euros for one weeks rental including insurance. Tinajo centre has numerous excellent restaurants and bars, two supermarkets that take credit/debit cards, bakers/confectioners, a pharmacy, petrol station, hairdressers, a bank with cash point (ATM) and an internet cafe plus many other interesting places. The sports facilities of Club La Santa are a short (10 minute) drive away.

Double bed in bedroom (twin beds available on request if preferred). Large built in wardrobe. Chair and dressing area. Bathroom is fully tiled luxury shower room with WC, bidet and washbasin. Continuous hot water system. Cooker, electric hob with child lock safety feature, microwave, fridge. All usual utensils along with kettle, toaster etc included. Living room has large double sofa bed and armchair, Front door opening onto large Private Sun Terrace. TV, DVD player and stereo radio.

Outside Area:Towels and linen included. Property cleaned and linen / towels changed once a week. Children welcome. Please note the apartment has its own private and lockable staircase leading up to it, there is a lockable gate at the top of the staircase.
