Villa @ Tower Lake is a beautiful and tastefully decorated family-friendly villa set in a private and quiet gated community. We have provided a host of extras for our guests in the hope of making your stay even more magical. We have an extended south-facing pool, covered lanai with ceiling fan, 32' HD LCD TV, Playstation 3 with movies & games, games room with pool, foosball, air hockey, darts & board games. We're sure you'll have a great time - all of our previous guests have!

Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a quiet gated community located just off Highway 27 on the outskirts of Haines City. The local area has many restaurants, ranging from fast-food to haute cuisine. You'll also find many supermarkets to help with your supplies too! Close by, there are numerous golf courses and shopping malls to help with a bit of retail therapy. The area is quiet but has a good balance of activities to keep you occupied if you need it. Due to its location, the villa is an ideal place to visit the theme parks or head out to either coast.

Living Room:The living room is at the heart of the villa and features open-plan living with high ceilings and tasteful decoration. To make your stay comfortable, the living room has seating for 6 and features a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. For your entertainment, there is a 32" HD LCDTV and Playstation 3, both attached to a Sony home theater system. We have also provided a Blu-Ray & game library for your use! Kitchen: The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped to make your stay as easy-going as possible. The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooker, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and blender, as well as all utensils & crockery. Off the main kitchen, there is a dining area that has a table and seating for 6 people. Den: The den is a great bonus room for anyone to enjoy. It features a queen-sized sleeper sofa, so can be used as an extra bedroom if needed. There is a large TV with cable access and a stereo that plays DVDs, CDs and has an IPOD dock built in too! The room is tastefully decorated to make the room feel warm and comfortable. Master Bedroom: The master bedroom is light and airy with an archway leading to a walk-in closet & amazing master bathroom. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and add an extra touch of luxury to your stay. The bedroom boasts a queen size bed, telephone, cable TV, DVD player and a superb TEAC radio alarm clock with CD and IPOD connection. The master bedroom also has its own door out to the pool/lanai area. The bathroom has twin sinks, a massive walk-in shower enclosure and a huge corner bath with views out to the pool area. What more could you want? 2nd Master Bedroom: The 2nd master bedroom rivals the master bedroom for the "wow" factor. It is tastefully and elegantly furnished and provides an excellent place to relax

Outside Area:The Pool: The beautiful L-shaped pool is 16ft X 23ft and has a relaxing spa attached. It is a great place to unwind and recover from a hard day's shopping or at the theme parks. It has a covered lanai with ceiling fan and seating for 6 people and as an extra bonus, an extended patio with 4 sun-loungers so that you can work on your Florida tan. The pool and spa can be heated and also used at night as it features underwater lighting. Pool/spa heating incurs an extra charge. External:Calabay Parc at Tower Lake is a peaceful gated community located just off Highway 27 in Haines City. Nearby, are many amenities such as Walmart, restaurants and golf courses. The streets are wide and there will be a clubhouse built late 2009.
