The pool is to be shared with the other apartment of the villa but each family has its own private equipped garden area to relax and have meals. The house is situated in a quiet country area, between the beaches and the hills of Camaiore at 4 kms to the sandy beaches of Lido di Camaiore, Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi ...). A big supermarket is open every day ( on sunday,too,!) Pizzerias at 1km. This is also a perfect base to visit the major art towns of Tuscany: Pisa 30km, Lucca 25km, Florence at 90km. From Viareggio port, important seaside resort, interesting excursions by boat to the Isola d'Elba, Cinque Terre, Portovenere can be made.

Rental notes: Perfect place for big families and small parties, too, it's possible to rent the entire villa, sleeps 9, 'La Magnolia 3'. Special discount at a nice private beach club with reserved parking. Rates are not included: gas/electricity costs, bedlinen. Final cleaning: Euro 60,00/week. Upon request bathlinen: Euro 6,00/pers./week. Upon request: baby-bed Euro 25. The heating, if required, is metered and to pay extra.

Inside the house is luminous and comfortable. The house is divided into: living/dining -room with cooking area, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room,1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom (with shower). The villa is good decorated, in the typical Tuscan style. This house is ideal for those families who are looking for tranquillity, although the beach is 4 Km away and it can be easily reached by car within minutes.
