Newly opened, Le Grange Gites in Brittany offer a complex of 4 Self Catering Gites / Holiday Cottages with private gardens (secure for young children), play area, Heated Swimming Pool (average pool temp 28 to 31 deg C), games and more, Bramble Gite 4 Person, Willow Gite 4 Person, Ivy Gite 6 Person and the Cider House 7 / 8 Person New - We now own a well stocked fishing lake (lots of carp etc), in superb grounds, that is open to our Gite guests please see our fishing page for details All our Gites have been renovated within our 19th century Longere to a high standard and finish. We are ideally located within Morbihan, Brittany. The complex of our holiday cottages are also ideal for multiple bookings and families. About us and our Gites / Cottages, we moved to Brittany in 2004 with our 2 children, to renovate our property into a home for ourselves and to renovate the Longere into 4 quality Gites, we opened for business in 2007, Our Gites are very child friendly, with safety stair gates, high chairs, travelcots and baby baths. All of our gites are kept decorated to a high standard and finish. We live on site so are available to answer any questions you may have. Of interest to children or adults, we have in our garden chickens, quails, and a rabbit, If you would like to come and see / help feed them just ask. A leisurely 15 - 25 minute stroll (or 2 minutes by car) from the Gites will take you to the picturesque village of Moreac. Should you prefer to drive to the village, there is free parking both around the church and in the village car parks Moreac has a lovely new park area and lake with many activities for the kids, also a fitness course around the lake, many picnic benches, ping-pong table, Boules pitches and 2 metre wide smooth concrete paths running through the park and around the lake, so very easy to walk or with a push-chair, an ideal place to take a picnic, or for the kids to have a fantastic time, all free to use and open 7/7 - 24/24 The village is centred around the church and has all the amenities for your needs during your stay The village has a lovely lake (Plan d'eau) with gardens and paths all around as well as picnic benches and very well equipped play equipment for the children. Swing sets, climbing frames, fitness course, rock wall, climbing bars, roundabouts, rocking animals, bouncing mat, younger children’s area. 5 Minutes from the village is the larger town of Locmine, which you may find convenient for any other holiday needs. Here you will find 3 large supermarkets, banks, petrol stations, restaurants and bars. There is a cinema, heated public pool. The town has a traditional market on a Thursday morning. Mini golf is available at the lake in Nazin.

Le Grange Gites in Brittany offer a complex of 4 Self Catering Gites: Bramble Gite (4 Person), Willow Gite (4 Person), Ivy Gite (6 Person) and the Cider House (7/8 Person). Ivy Gite is 3 bedroom Gite (2 double and 1 twin bedrooms) and will also accommodate a baby in a travel cot. This makes this Gite ideal for larger families or two families or alternatively a lovely large Gite for 1 family. Open Plan Living/Dining Area with tiled floors and open beamed ceilings the lounge / diner has a comfortable seating and dining area for 6 people. There is a DVD player and a television with Satellite (receiving English TV and Radio channels, BBC, ITV and many more). The lounge features the original fireplace with a wood-burning stove for the cooler evening if you take a winter break with us. This is an open plan fully equipped kitchen, including all you need for your stay. Bedroom 1 - A twin room with original beams exposed. The room has 2 comfortable beds, mirror, bedside cabinet and lamp. There is a wardrobe with drawers and chest of drawers. This room will comfortably accommodate a travel cot. A dormer window gives views of the garden and the countryside beyond. Bedroom 2 - A double room with original beams exposed. The room has a comfortable King sized divan bed, mirror, bedside cabinets with table lamps, wardrobe and chest of drawers. A dormer window gives lovely views overlooking the hamlet. Bedroom 3 - A smaller double room with original beams exposed. The room has a comfortable Double divan bed, mirror, chest of drawers and table lamp. A dormer window gives lovely views overlooking the hamlet. A tiled bathroom with a large multi jet hydro-massage shower, vanity unit with mirror and a toilet.

Outside Area:Private Garden: a door from the living area leads to your own private garden with patio furniture, sun parasol, washing line and quality bar-b-que. A gate from this leads to the play area and pool. Keeping the garden secure for younger children.
