You will love this beautifully decorated home. Fantastic beach and ocean views. One thing we love about this area is how private it is. You can leave your beach chairs and shelter on the beach at the end of each day, just make sure you place them far enough back for the tide to come in. :)
We have a 16x32 pool with water fall. You can sit at the dining table and hear the sounds of the ocean. Ocean views from the Kitchen, dining, Living room, Master bedroom #1, deck, screened porch, and pool area. The house is fully equiped all you need is your personal things. The geocery store, resturants, golf and other amenities are close by.

One hour drive from Panama City air port. The house is close to down town Port st. Joe. Where the resturants and shopping are. Also close by is the State Park, St. Vincent Island National Wildlife Refuge, Golf, tennis, Kayak & Canoe Rentals, boating access via launch ramp.
Fish the gulf, bays or the inland waterways. Be sure to visit the Indian Pass Raw Bar. Golf cart rentals to drive on the beach at St. Joe Rental. There are Horse back riding at Sunset.

Master #1 has private entry on to the screen porch area and private bath, with queen beed. #2 Master has private bath with queen bed. 3rd bedroom has a trundle bed that make into two twin beds. There is a sofa bed in the sitting area of the living room. Another full bath in hall area. Laundary room with washer and dryer. Large kitchen with everything you will need. Dining area, living room/sitting room area.
You can view the ocean and beach area from the kitchen, dining area, living room, Master suite #1, deck, screen porch and pool area.
Outside Area:Beautiful palm trees with a 16 x 32 pool, screened in. Hot coming in the fall. Underhouse parking enough for cars and a boat. Large lot provides lot of privacy.
