4 Luxury Homes with Pool, Liguria-Piemonte, Piana Crixia-Savona

Pian del Nasso is situated in a quiet valley 4 km from Piana Crixia beside a regional park with streams and rolling hills up to 600 m high. The tranquillity guarantees a pleasant stay for nature lovers. In Piana Crixia there are several restaurants, some general food stores, a butcher, a baker, post office and a pharmacy. We have four holiday lets, each with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, in Mulino also a dishwasher), satellite TV and DVD, wi-fi internet (for Borgo at our pool), outdoor space with garden chairs and much privacy (in and around Mulino and Rustico suited for naturism), central heating, parking and there is a heated pool (12 x 5 m) for the guests. Pets are welcome after preliminary consultation. Views:Our property is 70.000 m2 and the 3 houses on our property have a distance between them of about 80 meters: there is a lot of privacy for everyone! Free wi fi.

What to do in our region. Besides enjoying the peacefull nature and the unspoilt environment you can go for walking- or cycling-tours (searching for mushrooms!). You can also make horseriding tours. The regional food and wine culture is famous and we could write an entire chapter to explore the possibilities, yet we mention the many local festivals and feasts which are helt from May till September in every little village. The central theme is eating and drinking at long wooden tables, after which you can stretch your legs on the dancing floor! Music concerts and local festivals are often part of the country-life during summer. On top of all there is the lively scene at the Riviera at a distance of a half hours drive with the middle-aged fishing villages, the broad boulevards, the beaches and the Mediterranean itself. For people who love wintersports, there is a little ski-area at a distance of one upto one and a half hours drive (south from Mondovì). All types of culture are within reach nearly everywhere; in this region towns to visit are besides Genua (1 hour), Turin (1,5 hours), Nice en Monte Carlo in France (2 hours) and Milan (2,5 hours) the smaller towns like Savona, Acqui Terme, Alba and Asti. Piana Crixia is situated exactly on the border of Ligure and Piedmont 35 km north of Savona and 35 km south of Acqui Terme. Liguria is a coastal state adjoining France (Côte d’Azur) in northwest Italy.The Mediterranean here is called the 'Riviera of Flowers'.

Rental notes: Prices depend on season; prices are for 2 people (king-size bed) and for every additional person we charge 10-15 euro per day. Cascina – 2-6 persons has its own entrance, is situated on the first floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, a bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet, 2 washbasins) and a double bedroom. There is central heating. In the living room a comfortable double sofa bed. On request there is an extra double bedroom with bathroom available (on the ground floor, with its own entrance). Rustico – 2-7 persons with a lot of privacy: in and around this house even suited for naturism. Ground floor: a fully equipped kitchen, dinner corner and sleeping room (two singles). Via an external staircase (1st fl.): 2 connected rooms: the sitting room and double sleeping room. Bathroom, only reachable from outside. Furthermore: little garden house with 3 single beds (only in summer). Mulino – 2-6 persons. In June 2011 we completed the restoration of the old watermill, originally constructed around 1750. The watermill on the estate Pian del Nasso is a very special rental because of its history, location and appearance. Besides the authentic restored part of the mill, the living part consists of the living room (wooden loft), a spacious bedroom, a bathroom, a modern and fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) and a covered outside veranda. Around the mill there are terraces with garden furniture and in around the mill it is suited for naturism. The mill has 2 to 6 beds and through your own path (75 m) one has access to the swimming pool. Our romantic cottage in the Borgo is furnished for 2 persons (a crib can be added) and has its own parking place (behind the cottage), a little garden with panoramic view, a front garden and the cottage itself with a balcony and a little terrace. There is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor and on the first floor a sitting room and a kitchen. Heating.

Outside Area:Every house has its own garden-furniture and a lot of private space around (in and Rustico and Mulino it is even fit for naturists!). Dogs are alowed for free. All over our grounds and in Cascina, Mulino and Rustico - as well as around our pool, there is free wi fi. Borgo is at 5 km from our house and the guests from there are wellcome in our pool, where they also find wi fi. Furthermore we have a big new house for rent in the next village Merana (Piemonte), for 8 people. The cost is very low (90 euro/night) because there is no pool (and no use of our pool).
