We are located just across the state line on the Nevada side. The exact area is called Lower Kingsbury. We are about one mile from the major casinos; 1 1/2 miles to Nevada Beach, Marriott Village Shopping and fine dinning; and less than five minutes to any of the ski lifts at Heavenly.

Rental notes: $500 refundable security deposit are required to reserve the home ($1000 deposit for Christmas and New Year’s reservations). The balance of payment is due thirty (30) days prior to arrival date. If you are requesting reservation dates within 30 days or less, the full payment is due.
Pets ARE allowed, however are subject to an additional one time fee of $25.
A $195 cleaning fee is charged for each rental.
