Borgo Fontelupo is situated in the splendid scenery of the Maremma Tuscany, made up of gentle hills, covered partly with vineyards and olive groves. From here it is possible to reach in about 20 minutes the coast with seaside resorts like Castiglione della Pescaia, Punta Ala and Follonica. Borgo Fontelupo is an antique farmhouse, once part of a small 16th century hamlet, probably built for the workers of the dam, whose remains are even today visible. Today, the "hamlet" has been restructured, obtaining 5 apartments of differet size for 2 up to 10 people and 2 double rooms with bathroom. The "village", recently renovated, consists of apartments and comfortable rooms with a bathroom and kitchen independent, where you can bring the intimacy of the home or with friends and family. All accommodations are equipped with bathroom with a shower, TV and refrigerator, and all are equipped with kitchens oven.

Thanks to the particularly convenient position of Borgo Fontelupo, it is possible itineraries. On foot it is possible to reach the oil mill, where one can taste olive oil directly from the producer. Not far from Fontelupo, driving over country roads with cypresses along the orad, one arrives at Castel di Pietra and continuing one reaches the lake Lago dell'Accesa, followed by the medieval Massa Marittima. From Borgo is possible to take excursions to the near nature reserves, to archaeological sites or long walks in the surroundings. During these afternoons, parents will have their afternoon "off" and can relax in the garden or around the pool area.

B&B: Taxes and services, water, electricity, gas, rich breakfast with typical, local products, daily cleaning of room and bathroom, towel change (half week), complete bed linen and towel change for stays that are longer than 1 week is on Saturday, bike use (1 per apt.), pool use, use of the garden and the vegetable garden.

There are 5 apartments in our property: This describes La Staffa apartment, you can ask us about the others. The apartment can be joined with the adjacent double room "La vigna", obtaining therefore 6+2 beds. Staffa is composed of 1 double room, sofa bed in another adiacent little room, spacious living-/dining room with sofa bed (2 people) and kitchenette for common or private use, according to request, bathroom with shower;"La vigna is composed of 1 bedroome and bathroom with shower;Apartament has 2 gazebo with 2 talbes outisde.

Outside Area:The apartment is situated on the ground floor with veranda in front of the entrance and view over the swimming pool, the horse paddock and in the background the gentle hills covered with vineyards.
