Rental notes: The balance being payable 60 days prior to occupancy. A refundable security cash deposit of 200 GBP is required upon arrival, against loss or damage to the property or contents.

Each Suite has its own bedroom with ample cupboard and drawer space, bathroom with low level toilet, dual shower and his and her vanity basins. In addition each unit offers a separate sitting area with comfortable chairs and sofas plus tea and coffee making facilities and a flat screen DVD. Individual thermostratically controlled central heating is available in each room and throughout the house for those chiller Winter months of the Year. Two of the Suites incorporate a quality sofa bed for the smaller members of the family and further space is provided to each unit with an individual private outside terrace all which have stunning views overlooking the picturesque valley. There is also a communal fully equipped kitchen and a 12 seater dining room plus two comfortable lounges, one of which has a log burning fireplace, and a quiet room/library.
