Convenient for everything in Cairns, the Beaches, the Great Barrier Reef and the Rainforest. Mediterranean has an excellent location on the Yorkeys Knob Esplanade opposite the patrolled beach. A convenience store, takeaway, and internet cafe are right next door, and a supermarket, 2 hairdressers & post office are nearby. Just minutes away is the 18 hole Half Moon Bay Golf Course, Yorkeys Knob's 7 restaurants, byo's & takeaways, 2 licenced clubs and the Half Moon Bay Yacht Club and Marina. Courtesy buses are available for travel to and from the Yacht Club, Smithfield Tavern, and Palmer Kates Restaurant at Smithfield.

They have a large entertainer balcony with private BBQ overlooking the ocean. The main bedroom has a king size bed, an en-suite and a balcony. The second bedroom is a bedroom/study with a queen, or a king, or 2 single beds (plus trundles) large enough to comfortably sleep 4 guests. The kitchen has dishwasher, 2 door fridge/freezer, fan forced oven, hot plates, microwave, coffee maker etc. - all quality appliances including DVD and CD players. The kitchen lounge and dining all overlook the ocean and beach. Three separate, silent, split system air-conditioners operated by remote controls plus ceiling fans help keep the apartment cool. Each apartment has a private laundry with automatic washing machine and dryer. Linen is provided, including pool/beach towels.

Outside Area:The Mediterranean has a saltwater swimming pool and is opposite a patrolled beach, with a FREE BBQ area and playground. A security door with intercom and remote controlled garage to most apartments.
