Rojales holiday villa close to Torrevieja - Costa Blanca vacation villa

Casa Blanca was built new in (2002) and is situated on the exclusive development of Quesada, close to the village of Rojales, only a 30 minutes drive south of Alicante airport, and near to the well known town of Torrevieja. Located almost at the top of a hillside, the villa enjoys magnificent panoramic views from the solarium of the two La Mata salt lakes as well as the distant Crevillent Mountains. Casa Blanca itself, is one of twenty villas grouped around an attractive swimming pool, whose use is exclusive to this small select residential complex, and is sited just outside our back gate, so is very handy. The front terrace is in full sun throughout the morning and is ideally placed for enjoying breakfast and lunch outdoors. Patio furniture is supplied. Tastefully decorated throughout, the villa comprises of, a living dining area of comfortable proportions. One of the two sofas converts to a double bed giving the facility to sleep six. The table extends to allow for six to dine in comfort. The sideboard/display cabinet houses the satellite television, hi-fi, video and DVD players. A breakfast bar and archway leads to the compact kitchen, which is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven/spit roaster, electric hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, blender coffee percolator and juicer. NEW FOR 2007: WATER PURIFIER; SO NO NEED TO BUY BOTTLED WATER ANY MORE! The main bedroom provides the facility of either a double bed, or two single beds, making the villa suitable for same sex golfing or similar parties. The en suite shower room contains a w.c, vanity unit, sink and bidet as well as a large walk in shower. Spacious wardrobes, concealed shelving and ample hanging space complete the facilities. Bedroom two provides two single beds again with ample wardrobe space. The main bathroom contains a four piece suite, comprising of a bath/shower w.c, vanity unit, sink and bidet. Ceiling fans are fitted in each of the bed rooms, as well as in the living room.

Quesada is a small community township situated on a hillside overlooking to the South, some 4 kilometres away, the famous salt lakes which are renowned for their health giving properties due to the high iodine content in the air. To the west you can see in the distance, magnificent views of the mountain ranges. Quesada Golf Course is to the North of the community, stunningly set in a deep valley. To the east is The Mediterranean sea. All amenities including shops, banks, petrol station, car hire, many different bars and restaurants, and even a chippy, plus its own 18 hole golf course, a water park for the children, and a nature reserve park complete with purpose built B.B.Q ranges and running water, are available on site. There are a further 4 Golf Clubs including the famous Villamartin, Campoamor and Las Ramblas all within approximately 20 minutes drive, with two more currently under construction in the area. A 10 minute drive through orange groves takes you to Guardamar.

Laundry & Cleaning Charged At £60-00 per week, Minimum one week, additional cleans & laundry can be arranged with our managers Chris & Frank if required when youn arrive.

Air conditioning & ceiling fan. Master Bedroom, equipped with a 6ft bed that is designed to split into 2 singles if required. Ample wardrobe space. En-suit shower room with walk in shower, hand basin, bidet & ceiling fan. Twin Bedroom, fitted with 2 single beds & ample wardrobe space & ceiling fan.

Outside Area:Shared swimming pool just outside our back gate. Exclusive to the 20 properties on our community. Only about 6 or 7 properties occupied all year round, so pool very often has the feel of being private, and is situated just outside our back gate. 3 Patio Areas, Front, Rear & Solarium each equipped with patio furniture. Large Car Port to the side. Attractive gardens to the front & rear.
