This stunning 11th century stone large villa was restored in 2002 by their current owners and since then a lot of improvements have been made to adapt the house in order to take advantage of comfort of new technologies. The whole holiday villa can accommodate up to 32 people and is easily accessible by main roads and motorways. It is situated in Sils, Girona Costa Brava, Catalonia, a 55 min. drive from Barcelona and Perpignan. The surrounding towns, including Girona, Figueres and Blanes offer a wide variety of year round entertainment and activities. Its location is also ideal for visiting beach resorts along the famous Costa Brava coast, such as Tossa de Mar, Calella de Palafrugell and Roses. Villa La Belladona is set in over 6.600 m² of extensive enclosed private grounds, on a quiet and beautiful countryside spot. The surrounding land, belonging to the property, includes lush forests, farmlands and a pond. The walled private area includes, furthermore the main house, a small forest full of vegetation, an esplanade, a terrace, an organic vegetable garden, the swimming pool 6 x 12 and the pleasant sun bathing area, which is fenced off for children’ s safety. With its large 8 bedrooms, 6 baths, 2 cosy living rooms and a spacious entrance hall this villa offers every comfort of home.

To get you started we suggest the following destinations. Girona, historic capital of the region Within half an hour you can be in the heart of Girona, historic capital of the region. Girona is a popular shopping destination and you'll find a wealth of shops and stalls selling everything from locally produced artisan products to the latest fashions in clothing and electronic gadgets. Those seeking a more cultural touch need only take a stroll through the winding medieval streets of the old Jewish quarter (one of the best preserved in the region), visit the cathedral or cross the River Onyar on a bridge designed by Eifel, famous for his tower in Paris.

Rental notes: Villa La Belladona is available to rent all year round: for a fortnight, a week, a few days within the week or just for a weekend. Prices quoted are for the rental of the entire property and are all inclusive without any extra charges. Weekly bookings in the months of June, July and August run from Saturday to Saturday. In the rest of the year weekly periods are flexible. Weekend periods run from Friday to Sunday. Additional days, when booking long weekends, have a special price. We ask for a first deposit of 20 % to confirm the booking. Balance is due one month before your arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of 200 euros is to be paid at clients arrival and returned on check-out day. Guests are requested to arrive no earlier than 4 pm and leave no later than 10 am. Nevertheless some flexibility by arrangement is considered.

Bathroom 1 ( 12 m² ): between the kitchen and the sitting room, equipped with a hand basin, shower and WC adapted for disabled people. Bathrooms 2 and 3 ( 16 m²) at the end of the ground floor at the back of the house, each one has a shower, WC and a hand basin. Bedroom 1 (20 m²): one 135 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. Bedroom 2 (20 m² ) : two 135 cm double beds. Bedroom 3 (20 m²) : one 135 cm double bed and one 90 cm single bed. Bathroom 4 (11 m²) : situated in the bedroom 3, with a shower, WC adapted for disabled persons and hand basin. Bedroom 4 (20 m²): two 135 cm double beds. Adjoining the house, there is also: A large 55 m² games room equipped with a football table, pool table and other games for the younger ones. This room has an two refrigerators with freezer and a large separate freezer. Bedroom 5 (25 m²): two 135 cm double beds and one 90 cm single bed. Bedroom 6 (22 m²) : one 135 cm double bed and two 90 cm single beds. Bedroom 7 (22 m²) : two 135 cm double beds, and one 90 cm single bed. Bedroom 8 ( 23 m²) : one 135 cm double bed and one 90 cm single bed. Bathroom 5 ( 11 m²) : situated in the bedroom 8, with a shower, WC and hand basin.
