With all modern comforts you would expect when renting a quality holiday home, we offer -master beds with luxury mattress toppers for maximum comfort, projector TV with huge motorised screen, quality surround sound, sky plus with the full sky packages - sports, movie & children’s, Wii console with excellent interactive family games to enjoy, iPod docking station, 24hr internet access, plus two kitchens offering two ovens and 9 burners! We specifically cater for families with children - We have an extensive library of books, lots of children's board games and toys from dressing up clothes to train sets, wooden rocking horse, building blocks, dolls house & a huge library of children’s videos & DVD's (over 100!) For families traveling with young babies, we also supply within the price - a sterilizer, bottle warmer, food blender, a travel cot, (& 100% cotton bed linen) changing mat, baby bath, high chair, push chair & children's crockery & cutlery.

Le Mimosa is under a minutes walk from the lovely village of Angles which has a large street market on Wednesday and Sunday mornings (in peak season)- an excellent opportunity to sample much of the locally produced food, including cheese, meat, fish and wine. Located so close to the village of Angles, you can either take a leisurely stroll in the morning to pick up your fresh baguette and croissants with the kids or in the evenings visit a choice of 5 great restaurants. You will also find a comprehensive folder in the gîte listing restaurants, activities and local events, as well as plenty of ideas for entertaining the children. There is a huge write up of over 20 local restaurants that we recommend and if you want some 'adult time' we also supply the baby-sitting too! In the summer months Angles organises special events in the square including fun days, evening entertainers, jazz and blues nights, firework displays and night markets.

Rental notes: Prices are based on up to 6 adults and 7 children sharing the property. Prices are advertised in GBP, however, payments are taken in Euros. Credit Card payments are accepted, however a 2% surcharge applies with this method of payment. Alternatively payments can be made by international bank transfer. The security deposit of 500 Euros per week is due at the time of booking. Luxury 100% cotton bed linen is supplied within the price, as well as bath towels and bathroom hand towels. We also offer large 100% cotton beach towels for hire (saves that bit of extra room in the car on the way home for the great bottles of wine!) Winter lets are welcome from Mid October through to Mid April each year at a price of 1500euros per month and are based on one family sharing. Bedding, electric, gas, water, personal taxes, sky packages or any fuel is not included within the price and is the responsibility of the tenant to pay. In the sitting room indulge in your very own home cinema by watching your favourite shows on a Projector TV with huge motorised screen - excellent for watching either sports, 'the tweenies' or a good old fashion film, a huge video library for family entertainment with lots of top titles, lots of toys, games & dressing up clothes for the kids. You will not be disappointed to find so many new games and toys for the kids to enjoy - Happy children = Happy parents! The open-plan kitchen/sitting room has been meticulously furnished & equipped. You will also find a new large back kitchen with an additional 5 burner hob plus and extra oven. There are two large farmhouse kitchen tables where you can enjoy freshly baked croissants each morning! We have everything you would expect to find in the kitchen including washing machine, microwave & a huge stainless steel fridge freezer - (very important!) Lots of large serving dishes, crockery and cutlery have also been supplied so there will be no shortages when preparing a large family meal. You will also find kitchen essentials like washing up liquid, dish clothes, bin bags, kitchen foil, cling film, kitchen towels & salt & pepper grinders at your disposal. A few less items to pack & always appreciated. For the little ones - we include a high chair, travel cot, changing mat, pushchair, plus essentials like a sterilizer & bottle warmer plus a huge selection of children’s toys from dressing up clothes to train sets. Two master bedrooms, one twin (able to made into extra double if required) one triple bedroom (one set of bunk beds & adult size bed) & one quadruple bedroom (with two sets of bunk beds) For maximum comfort, all double beds have mattress toppers and the highest quality bed linen & bath towels are provided.

Outside Area:The above ground heated PRIVATE swimming pool measures 9m x 5m. The heated toddlers pool is a great success and the kids will just love splashing around for hours on end. In the large mature gardens (1200m2) the children will love the children’s play area with swings, slide and sandpit. You will also be delighted with the good quality garden furniture and a large chimney style barbecue which cooks food to perfection! The is ample parking and secure gates at the front of the property.
