Holiday gites in Monflanquin Lot-et-Garonne of our old farmhouse in the 17th century square. We have 2 gites for 8 persons each. We can accommodate 20 persons in total. Enclosed swimming pool, garden of 5000m ² with flowers and shaded views of the walled Monflanquin 13th century, large parking lot. A true paradise in the middle of nature. Open year round.

Monflanquin is a beautiful medieval hilltop `bastide` village, situated some 40 kms south of Bergerac. There are several good restaurants in Monflanquin, mostly around the central square. Other towns, larger and smaller, are all within a 15-30 minute drive, offering a town market opportunity every day of the week. The closest coast is near Bordeaux - a two-hour drive away. Tourist sites near Monflanquin: Grottes, Bastides, Châteaux, Parcs. Ideally situated for visits places like Bergerac, Monpazier, Isisgeac, St. Emilion, Cahors, Domme etc.

Each cottage is made of stone and wooden beams and is 140m ² in 2 wings of our old farmhouse in the 17th century square. Marcou-Lilie: tiled floor and wood has the same comfort as Marcou-Dede. Marcou-Dede: tiled floors throughout the house. Ground-chee, a large lounge with dining table oval cloth with woodstove, 2 sofa beds for 4 additional people at an extra costs depending on the season. A recreation area with round table and a spacious kitchen corner equipped with every comfort. En-suite bedroom 1: 12m², 1 double bed. Bedroom 2: 23m², 1 double bed, 2 bunks 2 times 90X190, 1 cot (max. 24 months), 1 changing mat, baby bath 1, 1 high chair baby, direct access to 2nd bathroom, which is shared with bedroom 3. Bedroom 3: 11m², has 1 double bed or 2 single beds.

Outside Area:Garden of 5000 m² and terraces overlooking the beautiful sunsets on the bastide Monflanquin. A private garden area for each cottage, shaded terrace and barbecue.
