Casateli is located in an area of the village Zagrilla Baja known as "Casas Altas". This name is due to the house previously located in the place of Casateli that, with three floors, was the highest building of this zone. Since it is located among orchards, the house is surrounded by ditches, where the irrigation water flows, creating a fresh environment in summer and characteristic during the whole year. The house has wonderful views from all rooms to Horconera and Alcaide mountains. The peak Tiñosa, with 1570 metres is the highest point in the province and therefore is covered by snow almost the whole winter season. Casateli is located in the limit between the village and the country and therefore it has direct views and access to the nature. Casateli is only 7 km. away from Priego de Córdoba, ciudad monumental. In Casateli you will have the chance to visit the Parque Natural de las Sierras Subbéticas, where the house is situated, as well as the rest of towns and villages of this park.

12Due to the spaciousness of its rooms, the ground floor fully adapted for disabled persons, its wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and the comfort present in all rooms, Casateli is the perfect place to live unforgettable moments. Ground floor: Front door porch Hall, living room with closed fireplace, bedroom with two beds of 105 cm (16 m2), bathroom with shower (7,7 m2), kitchen with open fireplace, utility room. First floor: Four bedrooms, three of them with double bed and one with two beds of 105 cm (with 14 and 17 m2). Two bathrooms, one of them with bath and another with shower(with 8 and 5 m2). Two terraces, one of them in the bedroom "La Membrillera" (15 m2), and another in the bedroom "Colonial" (2,3 m2).
