It has extensive panoramic views of the surrounding mountain ranges . The mountain resort of Borovets is a mere 15km away, whilst the Belchinski Bani spa, with warm mineral waters is only 17km.
The property comprises the Villa and adjacent Lodge; the buildings are available for rental either separately or as a joint letting. The Villa and Lodge are surrounded by a large, well maintained garden containing a variety of fruit trees…just sit outside on balmy summer evenings and enjoy a succulent meal prepared on the stone barbeque. In winter, when everything is covered in snow, the view is breathtaking.

Skiing: for our non-driver skiers, we can organize a special "pick and drop" service from the villa to Borovets for a small fee per person per day. We can also arrange ski hire and tuition. If you require this service and/or any other service, please ask at the time of reservation

The ground floor of the Villa comprises a split level living/dining area, with open fire place, leading to a fully fitted kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher and washer-dryer are provided). An auxiliary bathroom is available on this floor.
The first floor comprises two comfortable double bedrooms (one with a super king size bed, the other with two single beds), bathroom, living area and two terraces where one can enjoy the scenic beauty of the Rila Mountains. Underfloor heating is installed on both floors. A partitioned family room (4 single beds) with en-suite facilities is located at basement level.
