The apartment and cottage is open plan with a kitchen with combined dining, lounge area set between two large self contained bedrooms. The kitchen areas have a gas cooker with oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, washing machine, deep freeze and refrigerator. There is a dining table with seating for six. The lounge/diner has sofa, armchairs and a flat screen TV/DVD. Both double bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with bath and shower, plus a walk in shower,wash hand basin, WC and bidet. The apartment is solar heated giving constant hot water with AC units for heating or air conditioning to keep cool in the heat of the summer.

Outside Area:Surrounding the cottage and apartment are the beautiful gardens and grounds of Vila Cordelia with fruit trees and shrubs giving an array of blossom and colour. The pool is solar heated and the temperature in the low season will depend on the hours of sunlight per day.
