his spacious villa which sleeps 6/8 people has many modern and desirable features, including air conditioning throughout, indoor open courtyard, pool, jacuzzi and a large sundeck. The three bedrooms consist of one king size and two queen size suites all with ensuite facilities, one being adapted for those with physical disabilities i.e. open shower area, rails etc. All have TV, video and satellite. There is a spacious garage and drive for private parking, and much much more. The quarter acre plots of landscaped gardens are regularly maintained reflecting the exclusive nature and high standards of this small estate, which has a secure entrance via electronic gates (an entry code will be given to you on arrival).

Linfields Reserve is situated just off highway 192, within easy reach of interstate 4. Its position for guests who know the area is half way between splendid china and highway 27, opposite the orange golfing complex.

The fully fitted kitchen is complete with all utensils including cutlery, plates, cups and glasses etc. The fixtures include a microwave oven, fridge/freezer, cooker, dishwasher, garbage disposal unit, coffee maker and toaster. In keeping with the rest of the property you will find this part of the villa, which leads conveniently into the dining area, is also open and airy. 30 ft lounge area opening out via three patio doors, onto pool area and sundeck. Outside Area:The main features of the villa is the open courtyard with heated pool, jacuzzi, large sundeck and loungers complete with pool shower, thus ensuring total privacy whist sunbathing under the open screened ceiling. The floor in this area is fully tiled with the edges of the pool and jacuzzi finished with an anti slip surface. Two of the bedrooms open out on to the sundeck via large patio doors, as does the thirty-foot lounge. The pool and jacuzzi are cleaned after every guest departure.
