Outside Area:A medium sized oval pool in the middle of a beautiful terrace that is shared by all 25 unit owners, but seldom used. The terrace is a space where neighbors will say hello or a resident will greet or make kisses with a departing guest. It is friendly and easy-going but not invasive. The builiding is completely secured by a digicode system. You can sit outside in the open air without feeling exposed to the city...great for reading the morning paper and sipping coffee. The unit comes with a private parking space right in front of the building's door.
