You'll find over 6 km of golden, palm tree-lined sandy beaches and warm turquoise seas right on your doorstep. Each villa is luxuriously furnished, with private, landscaped gardens and full air conditioning throughout. FREE CAR HIRE is provided to enable you to explore the local area whilst you’re not topping up your suntan around the pool.

Pattaya is the foremost beach resort on Thailand's eastern seaboard--legendary for its beaches, shopping, attractions, nightlife and more – you’ll never be at a loss for things to do. As for the beaches, there is everything from Banana Boats to Paragliding for the adventurous or sunbathing, delicious locally caught seafood, and traditional Thai massage for those who prefer to relax, you might never want to stray from the beach to take in everything else that Pattaya has to offer.

Rental notes: 40% eight weeks prior to travel with the balance payable on arrival at the Villa. Bookings less than 7 nights are charged from £112.00 per night, daily maid service and free use of car is included in the price.

The living and sleeping areas are fully air-conditioned to keep you cool during even the hottest of days. All downstairs floors are in the finest polished marble, ideal for the tropical climate. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you'd expect to find at home--complete with granite work surfaces, electric oven and gas hob. The lounge comes complete with Cable TV, DVD player and Home Cinema Surround Sound. The villas boast four double bedrooms, each of which has a queen or double bed. Three have en-suite facilities and a fourth bathroom is available on the ground floor.
