You have the possibility to use the railway( 6Km) to go for example to Rome or Florence in about 1 hour by train with no problem of traffic and parking. Orvieto is at 30min by car, the same Perugia, Cortona, arezzo a little mor 45, you have really the chance to decide everyday which area you want visit and join it in a very short time!!!
