Welcome to La Lavande du Plein Soleil (lavender in the full sun), your vacation home in the heart of the Vaucluse valley in the charming, enchanting and legendary Provence region of Southern France, situated directly on the Tourist route Des Cotes du Rhone. A short walk outside the center of Sarrians, a charming typical Provence village dating back to the tenth century, La Lavande offers a relaxing respite in an idyllic location.

A five minute walk from La Lavande is the village of Sarrians, dating to the Tenth Century. Visit the boulangeries to buy your morning baguettes, the local butcher for fresh and unique meats and cheeses, or the local outdoor Farmer's market every Sunday on the town square. Twenty minutes from Avignon and Orange, forty five from Arles, one hour from the Mediterranean, two hours from Nice, four hours from Barcelona and Geneva, La Lavande is centrally located in an area of Europe packed with recreational opportunities: history, museums, architecture, antiquities, hiking, bike riding, equestrian centers, tennis, golf, nature preserves, Mediterranean beaches, gastronomy, wine tastings and vineyards, local markets, and shopping (did you know that the denim fabric we all wear came originally from Nimes?. That's why it's called denim: de Nimes: from Nimes). All of these are available to you at La Lavande.

Rental notes: Prices are qouted for main House rent, Guest House is not available separately, Guest House rental prices are: May 1 - Sept 30 - 200 Euro/week, Oct 1 - April 30 - 150 Euro/week.

The house consists of an open living space with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, office area, and living room. It also has a queen bedroom, a double bedroom and a single bedroom, toilet, and bathroom. The guest house has a queen bedroom with a table and two chairs, a shower and toilet. Please note that parties are limited to six people.

Outside Area:French doors offer spacious access to the front patio and swimming pool, side English garden with fresh herbs to add to your cuisine. Have your meals poolside, on the lovely rose bordered patio, a perfect place for a relaxing cup of coffee in the morning, a quiche for lunch, or a pre-made paella, available at the local supermarkets, for dinner.
