Villa Romar is a 3 Bed, 3 Bathroom Detached Villa. It is set in landscaped gardens and at the rear - south and west facing is the kidney shaped swimming pool with surrounding terrace. The pool is fenced off from the glazed terrace and also has a safety cover for child security. There is a full size BBQ for that al fresco living and the garden has shade and direct sun available all day. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols along with beach equipment should you fancy a change and go down the beautiful beaches of the Mar Menor. It is a family house for 6 people to live comfortably and also a great place with space for 2 people to enjoy. Views:Views are to our pool and gardens and to the golf resort.

The centre of this Polaris World Golf Resort. There is also a social club with pool, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket, bank, ATM, Doctors, hairdressers, gym, all that you need on site as well 24 hour security in a gated Resort. The whole Resort is set around a 18 hole golf course, developed by Jack Nicklaus.

Rental notes: Price includes linen and towels. Final cleaning 95 Euros to be paid locally. For 1 week plus stays add 45 euros for mid stay clean. Air Conditioning 30 Euros per week and wifi and phone charged extra 15 Euros pw.

The lounge is furnished with leather recliner settees and has a TV DVD; CD and Radio along with a Playstation. There are DVDs and Videos, Music CDs, Books, Jigsaws, games and toys. The TV has some 40 Channels including the children's channels and Sky Sports and Movies. The main bedroom with king size bed has an en suite bathroom with WC, bath and shower. The other two bedrooms are twins and share a bathroom. The 3rd bathroom is on the ground floor. There is a full size cot available and a stair gate is in place at the top of the stairs.

Outside Area:In addition to the large terrace downstairs there is a first floor sun deck as well with a large parasol and sun beds. Villa Romar is available all year round as the Murcia Region of Spain has such a mild climate. However there is full central heating for the winter months and full air conditioning for those hot summer days. Check out our prices and availability.
